The company signed a tower contract for the PDH project with Midea Petrochemical

On May 10, 2021, the company signed a tower contract with Meide Petrochemical for the annual production of 900000 tons of propane dehydrogenation to propylene project, with a contract amount of 13 million yuan. The equipment material is 09MnNiDR, with a maximum diameter of 5 meters, a length of nearly 70 meters, and a single weight of nearly 400 tons.

Fujian Meide Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of China Soft Packaging Group and the world's largest producer of biaxially oriented polypropylene film (BOPP). The project is located in the western port industrial zone of Jiangyin Port City Economic Zone in Fuzhou. A 900000 ton/year propane dehydrogenation to propylene plant is proposed, with a total investment of 4.56 billion yuan. The project adopts the Catofin process of Lummus Company.
